Autoptic Shipping Terms
In these Shipping Terms "we" and "us" mean Autoptic and "you" means you the consumer.
These Shipping Terms, are to be read in conjunction with our site Terms and Conditions, which together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the sale of Products.
The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

Autoptic only sell and ship Products within Australia and New Zealand.

All Orders are placed on the Autoptic Web Site.

All orders on the Autoptic Web Site are issued with an Order Confirmation Number.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on our Terms and Conditions. We do not formally accept your offer until your offer has passed our validation procedures- for the purpose of preventing payment fraud.

Autoptic reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We will confirm acceptance of your Order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by emaill or telephone.

Credit Card Payments are processed by PayPal- ensuring we do not retain or store any credit card information.

Direct Bank Transfers may be delayed due to individual Bank Processes.

Autoptic reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Autoptic at any time. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.

Subject to our Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. Once Ordered items are dispatched, a Tracking Number is Provided to you via email.

Delivery of Products is usually within 2-4 days from the date your payment is received. Every effort is made to ship your order on time, however at times there may be a slight delay due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address as indicated on your Order Confirmation (Shipping Address) Title and Risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
